VIU was pleased to host four 5-day on-site mobilities involving academic and research staff from partner universities within the Qn Alliance. These mobilities included representatives from EKA (1 participant), AGÜ (2 participants) and ESEnfC (1 participant).

Each mobility was meticulously designed with a structured work programme to deepen collaboration in areas aligned with the alliance’s strategic objectives. During their stay, the participants engaged in fruitful discussions with representatives from various departments at VIU, focusing on key institutional priorities such as:

  • Gaining insights into the organisation and management of VIU’s study programs.
  • Exchanging best practices in entrepreneurship and fostering regional collaboration.
  • Exploring approaches to human resource management and development.

These mobilities underscore the Qn Alliance’s commitment to fostering meaningful exchanges of knowledge and expertise, reinforcing the ties between its member institutions. This initiative represents a valuable step toward strengthening collaborative frameworks and advancing shared goals in education, research and innovation
