The Qn Research Hub Digital transformation and disruptive technologies is conducting a joint research on “Personal and Institutional Barriers Perceived by Staff of Higher Educational Institutions in the Process of Digital Transformation”.
During the implementation of digital transformation, every university faces challenges. These barriers can arise both at the organisational level and from personal, internal factors. The aim of this research is to identify the internal and external barriers that most significantly influence staff resistance to the digital transformation process in higher education institutions.
