Transformative governance for universities

Transformative governance for universities involves fostering adaptability, innovation, and inclusivity to navigate dynamic challenges and drive positive institutional evolution. it is necessary to establish inclusive partnerships (at global, regional, national and local levels) based on shared principles, values, vision and goals that focus on people and the planet (linked with ODS 17 – Partnerships for the Goals). Such partnerships give us the possibility to create platforms, such as the Qⁿ European University Alliance) for the exchange of knowledge, resources and human capital that can add value and create synergies for medium- to long-term work. The creation of these multi-level alliances also applies to the actors involved, with the inclusion of business, government, academia, society and media actors. Co-Creation is already a working dynamic endorsed by EU initiatives and programmes.
